Each month our independent OT Jo Southall goes live at seven (GMT).* Jo is here to answer all your questions. (This is a session for patients only.)

If you have a problem, if no one else can help, ...maybe you can ask the HMSA Team OT! Planning, pacing, joint protection, mobility aids, and self-management - you wouldn’t believe how many things can be made so much easier with a bendy OT’s input!

If you cannot make it to the live session, do not worry, all videos are available to replay in your own time too.
