About Nicola Jones
Nicola Jones is a Tai Chi, Qigong and meditation instructor living with hypermobility. Her specialism is working with people living with chronic illness, passing on methods to improve quality of life, lessen the pain experience, ease fatigue and build resilience. Nicola trains students online on Zoom, via video on demand classes and through community classes on the Isle of Wight.

Monday 15 July 7-8pm Qigong for Hypermobility
Qigong is an ancient Chinese health preservation system. The session will cover:
- How the practice can be used as a method to support the hypermobile body.
- Learn how to concentrate the mind, improve posture efficiency, release physical holdings, level emotions, develop body sensitivity, move gracefully, grow strong, improve all body systems functions and build physical and mental resilience.

- Baselines and pacing.
- Introduction to Qigong.
- To include seated and standing movements.
Nicola will also be leading a session - Thursday 23rd May - where Nicola will introduce Tai Chi - a related but different practice.
