Overview
⦁ Participate in a research study on physical activity and wellbeing among females living with hypermobility.
⦁ Provide your experiences and views on hypermobility, physical activity and wellbeing by completing a questionnaire.
⦁ You may be invited to monitor your physical activity levels and take part in a 60 min interview.
⦁ Research open February - May 2024
Eligibility
⦁ Sex recorded as female at birth, aged 18 to 69 years.
⦁ Living with hypermobility
⦁ Feel your condition affects you being physically active.
⦁ Would like to increase your physical activity levels.
⦁ Living in the UK
⦁ Currently not pregnant or receiving treatment or medication for anxiety, depression, blood pressure, cancer osteoporosis, ptsd, or trauma.
⦁ English speaking
⦁ Can be contacted via ZOOM.
